Nicaragua’s president says Trump ‘mentally deranged’ over war on Iran

Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega has criticised his US counterpart Donald Trump, accusing him of “mental derangement” over the war with Iran and warning that his decisions are harming Americans while undermining global peace.
