US federal agent breaks pet dog’s rib in Tennessee

‘This is not law enforcement, this is animal cruelty.’ A Tennessee woman says her dog suffered a broken rib after being kicked by a federal officer while agents arrested her boyfriend. The US Marshals Service said the kick was ‘unfortunate’ but done to ‘mitigate a dangerous situation’.
