UN’s Albanese: Israel outsourcing coercion to settlers in West Bank

Israeli settlers have been surrounding three homes in the occupied West Bank village of Qusra for a week, trapping Palestinian residents inside. UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese says Israel bears responsibility and is outsourcing coercion to settlers.
