Signing ceremony as US to control a fifth of Venezuela’s oil reserves

US Energy Secretary Chris Wright is in Venezuela for a signing ceremony for a major oil deal that would give the United States control of around a fifth of Venezuela’s vast oil reserves. President Donald Trump has called it the ‘biggest oil deal in world history’.
