Plumes of smoke rise over Kuwait after repeated Iranian attacks

Towering plumes of smoke rose over Kuwait after Iranian strikes hit multiple locations in Mangaf. Kuwaiti authorities said the attacks targeted a power generation and water desalination plant, and have asked citizens to conserve power when possible.
