Netanyahu orders Israeli army to seize 70 percent of Gaza

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he has ordered the military to take control of 70 percent of the Gaza Strip, in defiance of the October 2025 ceasefire agreement. Netanyahu said Israeli forces already control around 60 percent of the Palestinian territory.
