Fire at Educational Center in Northern India Kills at Least 14

At least 14 people, most aged 16 to 18, were killed when a fire blazed through a commercial building that housed an educational center, a pet shop, and a clinic in the northern Indian city of Lucknow on Monday. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
