Cuba Confirms Talks With United States Amid Dire Energy Crisis
President Miguel Díaz-Canel said the Cuban government was talking with the United States as the fuel blockade imposed by the Trump administration continues to deepen the island’s energy crisis.
“As we achieve a historic transformation in Venezuela, we’re also looking forward to the great change that will soon be coming to Cuba. Cuba is at the end of the line. They’re very much at the end of the line. They have no money. They have no oil. ”
