Cruise ship hotel left listing in China port after high tides

A cruise ship-turned-luxury floating hotel that has been idle for about 14 years rolled onto its side while docked in Wenzhou, China. The operator blamed unusually high tides, which may be attributed to Typhoon Bavi that made landfall in eastern China last week.
