Miami airport: Boeing 767 overruns runway, huge black smoke plume seen
An Amazon-linked Boeing 767 cargo aircraft overran the runway after landing at Miami International Airport on Sunday, according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).Video footage showed the aircraft positioned alongside a road after it went off the runway.A huge plume of black smoke can be seen rising high into the sky in the video.
The aircraft “overran the runway after landing at Miami International Airport around 2 pm local time,” the FAA said in a statement to CNN.The Boeing 767-300 cargo aircraft had departed from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the FAA said.More details awaited
